When you purchase a reading from Samantha's Readings, you agree to the following:

  • You agree that this reading is for *ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES* and for *ENLIGHTMENT PURPOSES*. You know and understand that I am not 100% accurate or claim to be God or some sort of prophet. This is to help you take stock of what is going on in your life, see the different paths you could take to get to your future, and to understand what has happened in the past. I DO NOT PREDICT DEATH SO DON'T ASK! I do not do medical readings either so please refrain from medical questions! See a doctor!

  • Samantha (me), has no responsibility in the outcome of your reading. You know you can change things if you do not like what is said in the cards or what I see in my mind's eye. You may also alter the course of your reading as we all have free will! You cannot blame Samantha for anything that goes wrong in your life or predictions didn't come to pass!

  • You must come to the reading with an open mind. Do not expect everything to be completely accurate. Understand that I could be receiving information that isn't necessary related to the reading or it could be something that is yet to happen.

  • You agree to show Samantha respect as she will show the same respect towards you.

  • You must be 18 (21 in some states) in order to receive a reading. When you purchase a reading from Samantha, you are making a legal contract stating that you are 18 or older. Sorry kids, I don't make the rules, I just obey the laws!

  • The transactions made through PayPal and money order will be considered a legal biding contract! You are agreeing to these terms.

  • You are eligible for a refund if...
    *You are not comfortable with me reading you.
    *I am not comfortable with your situation or questions.
    *If some unforeseen circumstances make me unable to do your reading via live chat.
    *If you cannot attend your live reading appointment and you have let me know 72 hours in advanced.


    You will NOT receive a full refund if...
    *You are rude to me.
    *You ridicule me.
    *You harass me.
    *You act like a child and not an adult.
    *You lie about your age.
    *Predictions don't come true. You must understand that finding a good reader is like finding a good doctor. Your energies should be compatible. Our energies could have not been compatible or I was having an off day.
    *You are a no show to your live chat appointment.
    *You did not receive your e-mail reading. CHECK YOUR SPAM BOX!!! I will also re-send your reading if you say you did not get it.

 

My Ethics

Every good reader has a code of ethics they follow. Code of ethics is a set of rules that I, your reader, follow. I appreciate it that you take the time out to read this as this is very important to not only me, but you the potential client. It helps you find who you are looking for in a reader.

1. First and foremost, I am human. I do not claim to be a prophet or God or Jesus etc. I am just like you. We all have the ability of intuition. Some just choose to block it while others just don't understand how to use it. I have chosen to develop it and use it to HELP OTHERS first and foremost.

2. As your reader, I will not give you unwanted advice or tell you what you should do. I will try and show you what paths there are that you can take in regards to your situation or questions. My 2 cents does not matter, what matters is YOUR happiness. The only time I will give you advice is if you ask for it.

3. I deserve the right to NOT refund your money for being rude to me or ridiculing me.

4. I will remind you that nothing is set in stone. You have the ability to change the outcomes of the paths I point out to you and you choose to follow. You are responsible for your own actions! ;)

5. All readings and information obtained during the readings are confidential. I will not share your reading or information with others or third parties. Not even for a million bucks!! :) I may ask an outsiders opinion from time to time, but I will not mention your name or anything strictly about you.

6. I am a student. Therefore, I am still learning. I also can misinterpret cards from time to time or pick up wrong information clairvoyantly. Forgive me.

7. I DO NOT DO HEALTH READINGS SO PLEASE DO NOT ASK ME ANYTHING WITH REGARDS TO HEALTH!! If you are concerned about your health, physical or mental, please see a doctor or psychiatrist!

8. I DO NOT GIVE FINANCIAL ADVICE OR LEGAL ADVICE. Please refrain from asking for advice about the stock market, what numbers to play in the lottery, or wanting legal information. Those are not my area, please consult a lawyer or stock broker!

9. I deserve the right to NOT read you as well if I am uncomfortable with your situation/questions. I will also not read you if you are uncomfortable with me reading you. All money will be refunded in this case.

10. I will be doing your read with an open mind and be as non-judgemental as I can be.

11. Time frames are not my specialty so don't be disappointed if something I say doesn't happen within that period. More than likely it will take longer. I do get numbers, just not for sure how to interpret them.


12. I am not the type of "psychic" that tells you, you have a dark cloud over your head or you have a curse. I also do not know anything about curses and hexing so I cannot help you there.

 

The American Tarot Association Code of Ethics

1. I will serve the best interests of my clients, conducting my professional activities without causing or intending to cause harm.

2. I will treat all my clients with equal respect, regardless of their origin, race, religion, gender, age, or sexual preference.

3. I will represent honestly my Tarot qualifications, including educational credentials, levels of certification, and experience.

4. I will keep confidential the names of clients and all information shared or discusssed during readings, unless otherwise requested by the client or required by a court of law.

5. I will recommend clients consult a licensed professional for advice of a legal, financial, medical, or psychological nature that I am not qualified to provide. If trained in one of these areas, I will clearly differentiate between the tarot reading and any professional advice additionaly provided.

6. I will respect my clients' right to refuse or terminate their reading at any time, regardless or prior consent.

7. I recognize that all ATA members have the same rights and obligations, and I will always respect and honor my co-members.
